what's up? 

It's not even close to summer yet. But I'm tired of being cold.
I want summer! Right now.
My bf always looks at me with pity when I sit at home with my 10 layers and 3 blankets.

I'm just a summer person - what should I do?
So yesterday he grabbed me and took me to a thermal bath.

 

First I have to check whether I can still fit into my bikinis with my winter fat.
It's okay... but I hope I'll lose 5 kg soon.

And as one does, I shaved my legs before going for a swim.
After I got out of the shower, I realized that I had probably cut myself. ... Oh man

It wasn't bad. It didn't hurt at all (otherwise I would definitely have noticed it while shaving) But I was worried that it might burn in the thermal water.
Which fortunately it didn't.

Since I still had some time before I was picked up, (￢‿￢ ) I decided to put on some makeup. I know it doesn't really make sense to wear makeup in the thermal baths, but I didn't want my face or hair to get wet either. Firstly because my hair takes years to dry and secondly because I didn't want to get sick.
If my hair is even a little damp and I go outside in the cold, I'm 80% likely to get sick.
I really wanted to avoid that. (￣▽￣*)ゞ

And...let's be honest, Gyarus just go to
the beach/pool with makeup on - unwritten law (*´▽`*)

 

 

 Since we were both still hungry, we went to a Thai restaurant beforehand.
The shop was called Bangkok Streetfood.
It was right near a train station, so we didn't have high expectations.
The choice of dishes was endless. Which usually irritates me rather than satisfies me.

 

But luckily the food was delicious.
I got a rice dish with vegetables and chicken in soy sauce.
And my friend ordered something spicy with duck. (・・ ) ?

Then we finally went to the thermal baths. It was called "Taunus Therme" and was in Asian style.
We only had to drive half an hour there.

On the way to the thermal baths we read that bathrobes are actually required in the swimming pool. But neither of us had one with us, so we hoped no one noticed. And in fact there were hardly any people walking around there wearing bathrobes. ლ(¯ロ¯"ლ)

Typically Germany - the main thing is to set a rule.

You are not allowed to carry your cell phone in the thermal spa itself, which is why we couldn't take a photo in the water.
But it was still enough for a final mirror selfi after the 3 hours of swimming and chilling.
