Yumetenbo Shoes DIY

Hello peeps ! (*˘︶˘*).｡.:*♡

 

I have a new DIY for you gals ♥ 
I found a few old Yumetenbo designs on Pinterest and remembered my beginnings in the gyaru scene. Since I don't have any flat sandals for this summer yet, I thought it would be the perfect moment for another Gyaru DIY.

 

 

 I bought some simple sandals. These are plain ones I found in a "dollar store" called Woolworth. I paid 8€. Thanks to inflation, sandals are no longer as cheap as they once were. I can still remember that you used to pay around €5 for such simple slippers.

 

I have to admit, it took me two days to start this DIY.
It's because of my fear and my perfectionism. I often worry too much about what could happen if I screw up the DIY. Instead of just starting it.

Everything I needed for this:
- Sandals
- pink satin fabric
- iron-on fleece line
- black lace
- Heart-shaped rhinestones
- black and pink thread

At first I thought I would just glue the lace ribbons on with the hot glue gun, but I realize that leftover glue is really unsexy.

So I decided to sew everything by hand.

It took a lot of time. But in the end it was worth it.

Aliexpress Gyaru Finds

Yeah, I know I wanted to write more about Leipzig, but I found some good gyaru stuff on aliexpress!
And what should I say? I ordered some ... upsi.

I've wanted a Rilakkuma plushy for a long time, but so far they've always been too expensive for me. This plush toy only cost me €7. Simply incredibly cheap.

These earrings are not strictly "Gyaru" related, but I remember Emichu having similar ones and combining them really well in "Tsuyome" & "b-gal" outfits. So it was finally time to order some as these earrings have been on my wish list for ages.

I can't believe I found these shoes again! When I first heard about Gyaru, I wanted shoes like these sm. And now finally, after so many years, I can finally afford some.

And yes, I actually already have a bow for my school uniform, but not one in bordeaux red.

03 - 21 - 2024 🛍️

 Hello peeps! σ(≧ε≦σ) ♡

Yesterday was pretty busy. And spring fatigue has just got a hold of me again.
But I wanted to tell you a little bit about my stay in Leipzig.

On the first day the weather was really bad, it rained a lot and the accommodation was really ugly, which is why I didn't take any photos. My sister booked us into an Airbnb as a makeshift because at the time of the book fair all the hotels are of course outrageously expensive.
We made the most of the day and did a bit of shopping and in the evening went to a wonderful ramen restaurant.

 At the creative market “Idee.” there was a complete collection of Sakura Season. I would have loved to buy everything, but it was also very expensive.

 

I feel inspired to do some origami accessoires.

After "Idee." we went to Primark.
There was a Hello Kitty collection there and I had to hold back from buying anything. Because I knew that we would be at the book fair the next day.

There was a Sakura Haruno pullover (´,,•ω•,,)♡ !!!

I bought us a new type of mochi. Until now I didn't know any mochi with a chocolate coating.
It was delicious.

 

As already mentioned, we went for ramen in the evening. The restaurant was so cute. Very small, but incredibly comfortable. The owner was of Japanese origin and you could feel the typical hospitality. It was a great experience.

I'm back! 💥

I'm sorry, that I'm late.
As I said, I was at the book fair in Leipzig.
And then I was with my parents over the Easter holidays.

I'm a little bit exhausted ... (＃￣0￣)
But I would like to tell you about my trip to Leipzig.
The trip lasted from March 21st to March 24th and on Friday my sister, a friend and I went to the Leipzig Book Fair.

The evening before departure I picked out two outfits.

The train ride was horrible. We didn't have any seats reserved and the whole train was full. That's why we had to sit on the floor in the ICE for 3 hours...
